I am a Frenchman (my English shows it very well...). I am 42 years old. I started the Access Road project in 1998, after eleven years of work as an IT security consultant in France. I have had mainly corporate clients among large business companies. As well as my skills in networks, operating systems and security design of large systems, I have also skills in IT architecture, security policy, audit, quality, development methods, training, large project management and security certification.

I think I do quite well:

• design a security policy (e.g. are IT people trustees ?)
• design a security architecture and the general technical architecture, without reinventing the wheel (e.g. not put all security functions in applications)
• justify or evaluate a security design covering technical and organizational aspects (from 3 to 10 times more complex than the design...)
• analyze the market and trends in IT security

In the mid 1998, I created the TPA Conseil company. I am its only owner and its only member. I am so an independent consultant for developing Access Road and its children.

I plan to work for this project about 3 months every year, as I do in 1999 and 2000. But I am a self-taught man in object-oriented design and Java. I have no experience in open source projects over Internet. I think it would be interesting to bring my experience to the programmers skilled in these domains.
