Quality matrix is a simple and powerfull tool that allows to :
- catch the clients'aims
- hierarchize these aims
- associate high-level technical means to each aim
- define so the importance of each mean
- compare the planned satisfaction of the aims between the product and its competition
- compare the planned quality of the means between the product and its competition
